Obviously chip repairs aren't going to be 100% perfect. They're meant to be structural, so with that said, Travis did a great job. It looks way better and it's functional and I didn't have to deal with any headaches. They contacted me, kept me in the loop but didn't need a bunch of stuff from me. It was painless and convenient. These guys are professionals and did a great job. Thanks again!

You had better hope you never have an issue after you let them repair/replace your windshield. Once you talk to someone once, you are not allowed to ask questions, so you had better hope they did the repair or replacement right the first time. You also cannot call back to ask or report issues with the installation. I would not use them ever again. They literally will not answer the phone again if you get a quote from them, or after you let them do the work.

I will never deal with Travis and safelite again. I waited 2 months and nothing. They ordered the wrong glass. Then I had to wait a month for the correct glass to come. Travis arrived and said they had the paperwork wrong and there equipment is too old and needs to be updated for the calibration. Travis said I will call you and reschedule you 3 more weeks out. I received an email receipt for $1350.00 with nothing done. I called my insurance company and they said they will call who they normally suggest. I went with a big popular name. I wish I would have never tried to work with Safelite.
