The Spectrum Store provides friendly and efficient service, with staff who are quick to solve problems. Technicians are polite, professional, and personable, taking extra time to be attentive and patient, especially with customers who have disabilities. They are conscientious and dedicated, getting everything installed exactly as requested. The internet service is excellent, and installations can be scheduled very promptly. While a printed TV guide provided can be difficult for some to see, the overall experience is very positive, with employees doing a job well done.

So I had services today, Rob came, he was so polite and easy to talk with. He got everything hooked up exactly where I asked. I know sometimes that can be difficult. Job well done :)
