My elderly father signed up for Spectrum TV and internet, but has difficulty hearing. Cassandra was our tech for the installation, and she was EXCELLENT! She was personable AND professional and took extra time teaching my Father how to use the remote control. He can't see very well either, and when she realized that, she patiently explained about the microphone on the remote.When I returned the next day and asked him how it went, he was pretty happy that she was so attentive to his disabilities, and quite pleased he'd been able to find and watch his sports!Cassandra was the epitome of a dedicated, conscientious employee who took her job seriously and personally. It's also very refreshing to see a female tech installer up here in the U.P..Well done, Cassandra and thank you!(Only complaint is the paper TV guide they gave him print was so teeny, old people can't see it very well-husband typed guide out and blew it up so he could actually see it)I hope Charter/Spectrum realizes what a wonderful employee they have with Cassandra!

So I had services today, Rob came, he was so polite and easy to talk with. He got everything hooked up exactly where I asked. I know sometimes that can be difficult. Job well done :)

I went in to help my airbnb host switch to Spectrum, and Rhonda did a great job taking care of us! The techs came on site the very next day, and the internet service is excellent!! Love these guys!

I would give Charter Spectrum less than one star if I could. They are a fine example of corporate greed, charging $80 for internet alone. Literally no other ISPs available in our area. I mean, affordable internet seems like a basic right, but apparently you may only access the internet if you can afford the outrageous service fees. In the last few years alone, our bill has jumped from $42/mo. to $80/mo. The service is still mediocre, but the prices just keep rising. Capitalism rules!!
