A couple of weeks ago we bought a new I-Phone. The first person to help us was Glocin. He was wonderful and very helpful. When he didn't know something he asked Sirhaj who I think was his boss. He also was wonderful and extremely helpful and very very patient considering my husband and I were "older folks". We were very impressed with the time they spent with us and how polite, funny and wonderful they both were. They didn't just sell us a phone. They reviewed our current plan and suggested some helpful hints. Those two young men are a credit to Bell and a great addition to Staples. Wonderful service, kind and considerate.

Very rude staff. I have a business account with Staples and print documents on a daily basis. My staff was there at 4:55pm (close at 5:00pm) and they refused to print their documents. Not acceptable. Very disappointed. I won’t be shopping at this store again.

This store is deceptive. They display a product at one price, then try to sell you a different product. I was offered no compensation for this obvious attempt to lure customers to purchase an item at a higher price. I will never shop at Staples again!

I went in to get a new phone and had amazing service from a fellow named Glocin at the Soo store. He was patient even though I had a lot of questions and he came off his break early to serve me. It was customer service at its best!

Had a FedEx slip left at my door for a pick up at Staples. When I arrived the counter people were not helpful at all. I had all the correct pieces of information needed but they still seemed lost. Wanted information that was not needed for a pick up. Poor customer service and inexperience is the new cost of shopping with immigrant workers in our stores. 1 more store to avoid.

Went to go buy a 500 dollar office chair nobody would help us for the second time so we will just drive to go get a similar one at Costco.

I walked in. Went to the area I wanted to buy a Chromecast. Sure does suck I wasted my time, the item is not on the shelve. I had to find an employee (cause staples has lost the value of customer service) ask for the item, it's in the back to prevent theft. How about you have more employees on the floor. That'll sure help prevent theft.

This morning I watched one of the staff handle an extremely difficult customer with unbelievable tact and diplomacy. The man was belligerent, rude and pretty much unbearable. The staff member accommodated his every request while maintaining her own dignity.You have some great staff in your store, I hope you share this with them.
