This morning I watched one of the staff handle an extremely difficult customer with unbelievable tact and diplomacy. The man was belligerent, rude and pretty much unbearable. The staff member accommodated his every request while maintaining her own dignity.You have some great staff in your store, I hope you share this with them.

I walked in. Went to the area I wanted to buy a Chromecast. Sure does suck I wasted my time, the item is not on the shelve. I had to find an employee (cause staples has lost the value of customer service) ask for the item, it's in the back to prevent theft. How about you have more employees on the floor. That'll sure help prevent theft.So sad ?

Went here just for window shopping and your staff just changed my mind to buying an I phone 14 ..your staff named dikshith and Glocin was so proffesional the way they shared information made me buy the phone .. keep up the good work .. people told me Best Buy is the best place to buy phones and laptop but I found staples as cheap and best with good deals and collection .. keep. Going ❄️

Thanks for the awesome service!!!I was helped with my new phone (that I unfortunately purchased from another company ) I was shown and given the correct information about my phone.They helped me with PDFs that had to be forwarded. Called about getting photocopies done. Was told .18 if I do it myself and .23 if they do it, per copy. All good drive across to find out copy machines only take copy card or credit card. It's $4 for a copy card then the price of the copies and they don't take cash or debit. Oh yeah they do, but there's a fee for using cash too. Just crazy. So copies are actually about .50 each+. Lost a customer today

It's Staples. There is not much to say and if you have a lot to say... You need to leave your psychiatrist a review because they ain't doing their job right! But, in the Soo, service is fast, shelves stocked, no big lines... Only when you are in a hurry... Again, that's Staples for you!

Even though they didn’t have what we were looking for in stock, the girl who helped check was very helpful and apologetic. None in the store or online. Just missed out on the sale. Great job to the associate.

ordered a product, sent an email 2 days after (website said shipping in one day but that was not a problem) that said item was fully shipped. Never received it. Asked about the status and told it would take up to 10 days to investigate...........Asking for refund now and will go elsewhere

Word around town is that our store has gotten to be a horrible place to shop within the last month.Going in there myself I found the staff that seemed to be happy there are now very unhappy, the morale is very low, almost tense. I don’t know what happened but I think they’re going to loose a lot of business, which is a shame because it used to be a delightful place to shop. I don’t plan on going there anymore. Lots of other places to buy my supplies

At this time last year, I would have given this store 5 stars.But on my last few visits I have felt that my loyalty as a customer no longer matters.I've always had excellent support from George and Brian, but the last several times I had dealt with a manager named Amber who made me feel that the only thing the store now cares about is making money. I was hounded by several employees to get a 10$ warranty on a 15$ cable, and I could see the employees visibly uncomfortable as this Amber continued to ask me, and would not allow me to say no to the warranty. In the end, I left without purchasing and will not be returning.Very poor choice in management...
