“I had a great experience last year when I bought 8 winter tires and 4 seasonal tires. But this year has been terrible.
We had two appointments scheduled for November 1, one at 10 a.m. and another at 11 a.m. The 10 a.m. appointment was rescheduled to 2 p.m. on November 28 over the phone, and we kept the 11 a.m. appointment as planned.
However, when we arrived, the 11 a.m. appointment had completely disappeared, and we were told to reschedule again.
This is unacceptable. I definitely won’t recommend this place to my friends anymore!

“The folks at UP Tire are the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met at an auto shop! I had my snow tires put on today and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I sat in their waiting room and used their WiFi while they worked and it was so nice to see them have such positive interactions with all their customers. Great service and at a great price too!”
