The folks at UP Tire are the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met at an auto shop! I had my snow tires put on today and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I sat in their waiting room and used their WiFi while they worked and it was so nice to see them have such positive interactions with all their customers. Great service and at a great price too!

We were traveling this summer and blew a tire on our camper. Our service with UP Tire could not have gone any more smoothly. I called ahead, they had the tire size that we needed, they replaced our tire in the parking lot, and then we were back on our way.

100% would recommend! This shop got us in last minute before we had a 6 hour drive back home. They treated my fiancé, my dog and I like family and were so kind! They had great prices too!

When Charlie passed away, they raised prices so much that it caused us to go elsewhere. I had my Winter tires stored with them for the Summer, and when I arrived to have them switched out, they informed me that the installation cost went from $20-$29 - PER TIRE (45%) ! I had no choice but to pay the insane increase.
I see a lot less customers at the facility now.
Sad, as Charlie built a great business.

Great customer service that was needed AFTER hours. Scott was prompt, courteous and professional with the road service.
