Today I noticed some really unethical business happening in the bakery while I was shopping at the grocery section of the SSM Walmart. Normally rotisseries go on sale around evening time, of course depending on the time they are cooked and their availability. A lady came to the staff in the rotisserie section and chat for a bit. He then took all 4 or more chicken from the display inside and came back with discounted prices on all of them. He then handed all to her one by one and happily she walked away. You would normally see managers in every corner of the store but even a complaint to them would only go to deaf ears! What a shame!!!?

It's alright it can get quite busy but for the most part you can find awesome employees that are quick to help in anyway.

The workers here suck at their jobs. opened packages of bread on the shelves EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. dozens of misplaced items. there were jeans left in the food section and no worker in site to pick them up. I bought a large swimsuit just to get home and have the tag say its a small because the lazy employees cant even match the hangers up with the correct sizes. they walk away from you when you try to get their attention, we were doing separate bills in self checkout and this girl got mad at us because she thought we were stealing before we even had the chance to pay for our stuff. workers will be right behind you for 10 minutes in the isles until you move out of their way instead of them just going around through the other isle, the workers always seem angry or annoyed when you ask them for help, zero customer service.

I went in for a few items, the store was an average Walmart store. I found that a few areas I was shopping did not to have any price tags on the shelf or they were all reversed on the shelf but I managed. The greeter was very nice and was wishing everyone a nice day. The cashier tried her best to get me to sign up for a Walmart Rewards MasterCard, and said other somewhat robotic phrases.

Never has what I need, drops products I end up liking and they switch around their aisles. Marketing technique that actually is highly irritating and makes me not want to shop here. Can't imagine how blind people must feel trying to find products after they switch stuff around. Happy to say I rarely shop here anymore. Also, I can shop at Metro and pay WAY less. $7.99 for kiwi at Walmart, regular $3.99 at metro (sale proce $2.99).

Store needs to drop the self checkout model and start reopening cashes.If you need to have people working there to show people to use self checkouts, they could be running a cash register instead.Also if you need to have a person looking over my shoulder to make sure I'm scanning all my items, and checking my bag after to make sure I'm not stealing anything, again put them on a cash register and close self check out. I don't work here and don't get any sort of discount for doing this work myself.Also, some of the cashiers you do have need to be given a serious talking to about cleanliness and personal hygiene. If the stench emanating from them is enough to make you eyes water, it's too much!

No accountability. Constantly messes up online groceries and when u call they tell you that they took your money but the order wasn't completed so "thier bad" now u gotta wait 3 days for us to give your money back... I've tried calling the local store and the 1-800 literally just blame each other but NEVER offer to fix it. It's sadly the only service we have here so it's our only option.For such a big organization yall lack serious accountability

Very disappointed. Placed an online order from the early boxing day sale. Yes, there was a freak 3 day snow storm, I realize that will delay delivery. However, it's now 8 days over the expected delivery, it's still not in. First call a week ago resulted in a ride onlibe suppirt member. This time, today, the agent had to repeatedly ask for previously given information. And told another weeks wait, then i can expect a refund as the order will auto cancel at that point. No upsates on the app, over all thoroughly disappointed with Walmart Canada. Should have ordered through Amazon Canada.

Good store,lots of options for a bit of everything...Customer service on the other hand(especially cashiers) and I use plural because most of them are absolutely useless,they can only scan..that's it,don't know where anything is,no personality,don't seem to understand you half the time

I just called about a item I was interested in The clerk for some reason felt it was necessary to point out it is chained to the self seriously treating like a thief I don't care if it is behind bullet proof glass and guarded I just wanted to know if it was in stock
