“Not to dismiss anyone's prior concerns, but I think that you will find going forward, That Ms Nanci Lyons, the new Stevensville, Michigan Fifth Third branch manager is very informative an a delight to work with. Personally I have found Fifth third to be a bank like none other. With more and more banks cutting staff and moving towards automation, instead of direct 1 on 1 human relations. Fith Third has been addressing customer concerns by adding staff. It's nice to see big business trying to do things that truly make a difference rather than following the more popular easy money trends. Understandably they face the same dilemma that most businesses are facing today with a lack of avaliable staffing. But what the heck! I give them two just for listening and not forcing me to deal with a scripted overseas support center that sends you to the next level up every time they run out of answers. Kudos to you Fifth Third and your staff!”
