Poor customer service. I ordered a power steering conversion kit 12/29/2025, almost 1 year ago. I get a generic email at the beginning of every month telling me they don't have the parts. I call to see about the status and they give me a list of the parts they do not have, they recommend i try to source the parts missing else where, or wait they should be available soon. Talking to customer service is frustrating getting a lot of deep sighs and sarcastic answers, like i am to much trouble. I own my own business and would fire any employee that treated our customers the way I have been treated.

I am a professional in the Corvette business and own and operate a restoration shop. Here is what you need to know about these people:
1. They do not have a functioning e-commerce website. They are building a new website and do not want to apparently spend any money to keep the current site functioning properly.
2. They employ remote customer service agents who cannot process a credit card on the spot to verify an order is locked in and will ship as expected.
3. A delay in your order means nothing to them, not their problem.
4. You will sit on hold ENDLESSLY.
Bottom line I will no longer do ANY business with Corvette Central or ANY Coker Group company until they repair their processes and quit wasting my time and money.

I just don't understand the 24-hour wait for them to walk in back get the parts and bring them up front, the place isn't that big it only had to take 10 minutes at the most.

My seat covers for my 68 corvette are way overdue ,when I inquired about them for the 2nd time ,I was told there trying to get intouch with the supplier ,not very happy about this ordered on 7 / 29 and here it is 8 / 19

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing parts from this company. Their ordering and payment systems feel outdated compared to other online retailers. Trying to reach someone for support is nearly impossible — I called twice and was left on hold for 45 minutes each time, just to get a simple update on my order. While I understand charging for shipping, the cost was surprisingly high — you’d think the parts were being overnighted, but they definitely weren’t. Overall, I won't be buying from this company again. It's unfortunate, especially since I was referred by my elderly neighbor, who may not be familiar with better customer service and more efficient corvette websites.

Ordered a sending unit. Arrived about 2 weeks later than what they said. Once i got it, the gasket was wrong. After the delay, I decided not to deal with them on it and just put new holes in the gasket.

Shipping is fast for most items. A little pricey but generally the parts are good. My only complaint is that they gate keep reviews so most items have zero reviews.

1st and last time. I purchased a remanufactured rack and pinion for my 2000 C5 [$450 for unit + $450 for core + shipping]. The unit I received was in terrible condition [partially from shipping (poor packaging) and moreso from a bad demand job]. The unit is unusable. I've called, sent emails with pics, etc. 5 times over the past week with not even a response. Filing a dispute with my credit card company.
Thanks for replying Mischelle W, however, I have yet to receive a call. Instead, another unit was shipped without my consent. Since I was told, during the very 1st call, that another unit wouldn't be available until 6/10, I had mine rebuilt. If someone would have responded to me before a week passed this could have been prevented. Its obvious there are internal communication issues there. I will be returning this unwanted unit.

I have been a customer of corveet central for over a year. I have recommended them to all our club members. Recently I placed an ordernfor touch -up paint from outside vendor(331312-974) After applying 12 coats and not seeing thickness results, I got CC involved for assistance in receiving rebate. Sent pictures of results and consistency. CS discussed with vendor and they said it was not their issue. I worn you to be cautious when buying their assigned vendor for paint. I offered to send back, but vendor was not interested. I rated this to assist others who might be needing this. Went to local auto paint store and got what I needed at a greatly reduced price.

very poor communication. No shipping tracking, the back order shipped a day later and arrived first ( USPS ) UPS was very expensive and took longer.

Payed 77 dollars plus 8.95 rush fee for overnight delivery. The part didn't come the next day and I didn't recieve a shipping notice so I called corvette central representative Michelle. I was told weather had made overnight delivery impossible and I would recieve it in a few days. I was also told to check back in a couple days to make sure my refund was given. I then recieved a text about and hour later telling me my order had been delayed and I needed to contact UPS about a refund. I don't sell auto parts and I don't schedule shipping because that's what I pay for when I order. I order in good faith angd pay my bill and then you jerk me around over a small amount of money that you took with no problem. Not exactly how I think a customer should be treated, especially a repeat customer.
