I’m going to start avoiding doing 34-hour resets at TA’s going forward after this one. This location isn’t the only TA that’s rough but it’s getting to the point that I can’t justify doing business with them anymore. No showers, the only bathroom that’s open is the one next to the restaurants, the men’s room in there is down to two working toilets, and that’s for a large travel center. Water’s not working. Apparently they’re planning on the bathrooms to be like this for a while as they have portable toilets in the parking lot, but who wants to freeze in the Michigan cold with your pants down? They gave up on Country Pride here, and the restaurants that are here charge almost double the normal price for their food and don’t allow you to use loyalty rewards you’ve earned to make the prices reasonable. Popeyes can’t even accept cards and told me to go to the ATM which would charge me a fee on top of their outrageous prices. As far as I can tell very little effort has been made to keep the parking lot clear of snow during the recent storm, I drove straight through the whole storm and didn’t lose traction once until I hit their parking lot. And to add insult to injury so many of their spots are paid parking, though you can’t see the signs under all the snow they haven’t bothered to clear. All travel centers exist to extract cash from drivers but this place is so egregious it’s disgusting. TA needs to just go out of business at this point so that a company that actually wants to operate good travel centers can buy them out.

Place is a dump, no working water credit card readers won't work very high prices on everything including diesel. Go to the next exit you will be thankful.

Run down dump. Used to stop here all the time for the convenience it offered with food and gas. Quite a few of the times I've stopped here over the last few years I've been greeted to half of the gas pumps not working, no receipt paper in any of the pumps I've used, and half of the restaurants closed. Now this time when I come in they don't even have running water and it's been that way for days? No bathrooms, no beverages, and no food open. Last time I'm stopping here.

Well no bathrooms or restaurants 🤔 shy not updated Google for travelers ??? When I just called and told manager that this should be done she said it can't and hung ip on me ...went to Google to call corporate and of course you can't speak to anyone ...do better

5am and coffee machine grounds had to be emptied. But also needed cleaning so it wouldn't work. Other coffee containers were completely empty. Not busy just lazy workers.

Went for a sit-down restaurant,, can't remember the name of it but come to find out it has closed for over a year! It's was even advertised on Maps And they still had the big sign up on the building. 😱 OMG a year later!

Well I brought one trailer here for a rear clearance light it took 20 minutes to repair it which was awesome so I made my delivery. Then I couldn't find out where the heck the air leak was on the second trailer they found it and it was a small slice in the tire. The mechanics listen. Very satisfied with their work. Now the food court area that's a whole different ball game. All the tables were filthy no one was coming out to clean them. The garbages where overfilled. And I noticed a lot of people from the different fast food chains here or sitting around the customers chit chatting away and no one was cleaning.

Holy hell! I WILL be marking this place OFF of my gps!!!!! My drink literally EVERY other TA is $2.69, Here it was $3.79! AVOID AT ALL COST! Unless you wanna waste your money
