This is a great place to bring your trailer for service or to purchase needed items for it. My sister and I have brought our 5th wheel in to Curtis Trailer Center several times for various “can you fix this” issues. They have happily fixed everything. Nick is knowledgeable and friendly at the counter and has given us a lot of great advice about our rig. In addition, the store has most everything you would need and reasonably priced.

Honest and reliable. Their customer service and customer satisfaction is above any I’ve experienced anywhere else. These guys are great. I bought my camper brand new from them, they took the time to go through everything before we took it home. Then when vandals caused a bunch of damage they were beyond amazing in every way. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Well done Curtis Trailer!

Called to see about a recall. On my letter it says that any forest dealership can correct the issues of the recall. I called to have them do the recall and was told no that they only want to work on Rockwell ( by Forest River) campers. Makes no sense to me if your a “Forest River “ dealership you should service all Forest River. Pretty much since I didn’t buy from themI have to go somewhere else.

So most reviews are made out of pure anger or pure delight and this is no different, here’s my experience.Just bought a 2005 class A motor home, 1st RV and didn’t know Jack… initially the seller told us tires were brand new; 1st trip and dry Rot showed up everywhere, so my trust in seller was immediately gone..Had some issues in Michigan and winter was coming fast, (full time) so I wanted the entire RV gone over by a professional and was recommended to Curtis trailer. When I dropped it off, I said look, fix whatever you think, I know these things are expensive so when the bill gets to 4 figures call me and let’s talk about it. Got a call next day… everything fine but about an hour of labor and minimal parts… I said that’s awesome, but I've been working good (never recommend saying this) so go over everything from the roof to the exhaust pipe, offering every opportunity to PAD the bill… they called back 24 hours later; everything looks good bro, $200 and let me store it for a week until I got back , no problem…I’ll drive across several states to use Curtis trailer again if that’s what needs done

Horrible service, went in with a 28k check in my pocket and couldn't even get the salesman off their chairs to open some RVs. Was told the ones I just saw online were not there and when I asked why they would have them listed they said while you can put a down payment on it and we can order it..why would I do that without being able to see it...needless to say a waste of time looking online and trying to drive 30 mins to see the ones they had advertised. Very rude and unhelpful

Great local dealer for RVs and accessories. Today was to get a few of the accessories; sure could have used Amazon, but I would be missing out on meeting a local business person and supporting them during these roller coaster times! Second guess hitting Add to Cart, and give these folks a try.

We drove all the way from Jackson, MI to look at a trailer and the staff was very polite and helpful. Nick was very knowledgeable about the travel trailer we look at. We decided to buy the travel trailer and during the process of buying it Rod was very polite. When Rod showed us around the trailer he was very helpful in helping me understand where everything was and how to work everything on the trailer. Thank you Curtis Trailer Center for your knowledge and help with our travel trailer.
