The whole process was easy and systematic. They double and triple checked measurements and answered all my questions. Nate Smith was awesome at explaining everything that would happen with a bathroom install. I look forward to working with them!

I made an appointment for a quote. They called the day before (on a Sunday) to advise they would not come unless my husband was present. I canceled their appointment because this is sexual discrimination.
Deal with them if you want, I never will.

I got lied to so many times it's ridiculous big hole in the wall door scratches all over when they changed my shower trim wrong color be careful dealing with these people still not finished they are a joke

Our experience with SIR Home Improvements was positive from the start. The project was replacement of a cracked shower stall and repair of the damaged ceiling below. The crack and leak were sudden and created an urgency to the repair because the shower was to be used by a person recovering from joint replacement surgery. The crack and leak occurred on a Friday morning. That afternoon we were referred to SIR by Home Depot. That Friday evening we were contacted by SIR and we were able to meet the next day, Saturday, with Project Consultant Mike Holloway.
Mike helped us design the replacement stall and did an excellent job with understanding our needs and making helpful suggestions. Within a few days we met with SIR Operations Director Anthony Lamar to review the project, establish mutual understanding, and make some amendments before ordering materials.
Our highest praise goes to the SIR Installer, Trevor Massoth. Trevor constructed the new shower stall according to the design we agreed on with SIR Home Improvements. For each of the 3 days he worked on this he began the day going over with us what he expected to accomplish to insure that his work would meet our expectations. At the end of both days he reviewed what he had accomplished to assure that he met our expectations.
Trevor is a highly knowledgeable and punctual professional, as well as being cheerful and friendly. He arrived at the time he told us. He took care to minimize the inevitable debris from a project like this in our home. He was thorough in his work and enthusiastic about it to the point of going up stairs two at a time. (It's been decades since I was able to do that!). The result was a beautiful new shower stall that met all of our design specifications.
I recommend without qualification any improvement job that Trevor undertakes.

I was in the market for an updated wet space in my upstairs bathroom… Home Depot sent out Sir Home Improvement to give me a quote and to go over everything that I want/ Don’t want… the price was definitely high at the first initial quote, but ended up getting it down to a more reasonable price by removing some features and buying my own. The salesman put down chrome shelf for the shower for some reason and said he would have it corrected for me going forward, project manager that came out said he did not change it on the paperwork and still had them down as chrome shelf’s so he would fix it… the installer came out and they still didn’t have the correct shelf that we wanted down for some reason, but Carter the installer was amazing and got it fixed up for me! Carter is a 1/ million employee that’s hard to get these days, his partner and himself had the demo and shower done in 1 day despite some setbacks and hoops they had to endure! I absolutely love the shower that Carter put in, he’s extremely particular in his measurements and making sure everything fits and goes together well while looking amazing! Day 2 they sent a floor installer out to put down new floor, the floor looks nice that they used, some minor cleanup issues with the floor install, but there’s so much that goes into these jobs that it just happens being human… So far, I’m impressed with this company and I would recommend them and will definitely be doing future business with them as I will be needing new floor and an updated bathroom wet space downstairs next time! Another perk is the energy program that comes free with them, it may not be a ton of savings per year on energy, but anything helps and the technician for the energy program was super kind and professional at his job! Had a floor installer come back out to fix a broken transition strip… I think his name was Kyle? He was very kind and curtious and helped to resolve the issue. Thanks again!

I wanted new windows. I wanted to trim them in a rustic way so they would match the cabin look and feel of the house. I had 2 windows that had not been done yet. And a supervisor at sir cam out with his fancy trim. I will NEVER USE SIR HOME IMPROVEMENTS EVER!

Couldn’t have been more please with SIR home improvements! Everyone we came in contact with listened to our needs and answered our questions promptly. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and SIR made it possible to get this process done within a matter of weeks for us! One less thing to stress about! I want to give a HUGE shoutout to our installer Trevor Massoth! He truly went above and beyond for us. He continuously kept us up-to-date on the progress and stayed late both days in order to get this project done as fast as possible for us. he truly did an amazing job! We are so happy with the results And will recommend SIR Home improvements to everyone we know!

!!!!LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR REMODELING NEEDS!!!!
We were looking for a home improvement company to upgrade my father's shower. We were working with the VA to get a grant to help with the cost. The application process is daunting and SIR Home Improvements happened to be familiar with the process.SIR Home Improvements were great with getting us the details we needed to get approved for the grant.
On to the remodel day: Nate was on time, courteous and professional. Made sure to adjust to dad's needs without hesitation. His workmanship was on point and had no issues following the install. Nate was wonderful to work with.
SIR Home Improvements delivered on every promise they offer all clients: outstanding service, workmanship, warranty, and few little extras they include to ensure you have everything exactly the way you expected in the end.
I can't begin to express how grateful we are to SIR Home Improvements. My dad has AD and they were so mindful of how this change in his daily routine would effect him. They provided more than expected. We look forward to working with them again on our next project!!

Sir homes is a joke and does not honor their warranties. Was told when we bought windows they were covered for life no matter what happens to then even if my kid shots the window out it's cover , well now they won't honor their warranty and fix my screens. For a suppose it Christian based company they do not act like it and this is not the first time we have had an issue with them.
