The HVAC has been out for weeks. Staff is good except for a few members. Asking for a bag for your items seems like a burden to them. I've had multiple arguments over bagging all of my items.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a small town gas station, and I’m sorry that I gave them my business.
I was running on a tight schedule and watching for a gas station that would be a quick in and out. I hoped to fill up, use the restroom and grab a bite to eat quickly.
After pumping gas, I went into the store.
First, despite advertisements for boneless wings plastered all over the building, there were none.
Second, the bathrooms were locked and required a key from the counter. I went to the counter and politely requested a key; the attendant vaguely pointed me to the end of the counter and said that if it wasn’t there it was in use.
Not seeing one, but also not sure exactly where I was supposed to be looking, I went back to wait outside of the restrooms. Eventually the women’s restroom opened. I could have caught the door and went in, but I didn’t. I went back to the counter and asked if I could use that bathroom. At this point I have been waiting for more than five minutes, not sure if the bathroom is occupied or the key is just not visible.
A different attendance says no, and grabs the key for that bathroom, removing it from the counter where it had previously been in reach.
You lost my business. At this point I decided to go elsewhere and did not look for and purchase a second choice meal from Speedway. I wished I had not already pumped gas and wasted my time.
It is extremely rare for gas stations in a small town to hold keys for the bathrooms at the front counter, but if you’re going to, at least work with your customers on it. I could have said, “I am a woman,“ or just grabbed the open door and gone in. I was going to grab the key off the counter without asking, I just asked to be polite. Classic case of being punished for doing the right things.
I’m not wanting to make any individual feel bad. I get it. You just reacted in the moment. But maybe management should rethink the policies and expectations of how the store responds to and addresses customers so that people don’t leave feeling like they had an unusually negative experience. I drive frequently for work and often choose to stop at speedways because I know that they consistently live up to a certain standard. A couple of really basic things, like hot boneless wings and clean, working bathrooms. This experience was very out of the ordinary, especially for a speedway. Not a super big deal. I had to drive to my next stop over an hour away still hungry and waiting to use the bathroom. People go through far worse and it is out of character for me to write a poor review over it. I just want to let you know that you could do better.

I came in to get some lunch and drinks had go bathroom guy at counter very very rude wouldn't give bathroom key I was nice even though was a terrible experience never recommend this gas station to anyone!!!!

Be careful when checking out with cashier named Lisa. This morning I went in to prepay for gas and I had a 100 dollar bill and I told her I need 50 on pump #12 and she's like I can't do that and she looked very annoyed. Then she told me to step over to the next register that maybe she can break a 100 at that register. So when I went to pay I had the money and my speedy card in the same hand and I held my card so she could scan it but instead she took the money so I asked her aren't you going to scan the card she's like yes yes you're good to go so I asked her again aren't you going to scan my card and she looks at me with an irritated look and says NO the transaction has been made already. So my question is, do you take 100s or not? If you do why did she get pissed? And if you don't why didn't you tell me so or have signs up stating that you don't accept 100s.

At 6:22 am and still no hot food. The 2 slice pizza and a mountain dew deal is not available for they never have the pizza. Card reader on pumps don't work 75% of the times
