“February 18th 2021 i called for a tow off w ave. I was told they no longer offer towing. They reccomended vicksburg towing. I called vicksburg towing. At Vicksburg towing he told me he was one guy and wouldn't be to me for three 3 hours. Thankfully a good Samaritan showed up and pulled me out with a tow strap and refused my cash.”
“I have to say I had the most amazing experience here. After being crashed into at a red light I needed to take my vehicle to Body shop. This location came highly recommended and now I know why. From the moment my claim was sent over to when I walked through the doors I was welcomed and reassured all was going to be ok. Wil the wonderful man at the front desk helped me set up a rental through enterprise. I was clueless to this whole process. I’ve never had to make a claim or had been in an accident! He took care all the paperwork sent it over to Kay at enterprise for my rental. I needed to get to work that day and Will arranged a driver to drop me off at work until my rental was ready. The driver was amazing our conversation flowed so nicely made me feel very comfortable. I was going to sit in the back seat and he told me I was more than welcome to sit in front which I thought was very nice. I got to work safely, the night before was the first snow fall so the roads weren’t the best. Trevor kept me updated throughout the process and my car was ready sooner than expected a whole 10 days early. The whole team here is amazing! Totally exceeded my expectations!”

“This place has been my go-to dealership for over two decades. Dave and Steve have sold me excellent used cars (I’m on my third for the family) that are reliable. My last purchase is running fine after seven years. I’m looking buying a bigger car to accommodate a growing brood but this little one runs so well I hate to let it go. I really trust these guys. Many of these other commenters who are smearing Portage Motors’ here have affiliations with shady dealerships in town. Imagine! A small place like Portage Motors scaring the “big guys” so badly they’ve stooped to leaving negative reviews. Thanks for all the great drives, PM!”
