You know full well you'd sue them if something happened while they changed it. You say it's so easy, then change it yourself.”

“Was in search for a snow blower bearing. The employee took the time to measure with calipers my existing bearing and cross reference it to a bearing they had in stock. Its rare to find an auto parts store anymore with employees willing and capable to go the extra mile and do research with more than a computer search using part numbers The number on the bearing was specific to the manufacturer and without the skill and knowledge to physically measure the bearing I would not have been able to get my snowblower back together before the weekend. Also the bearing was an skf and over $20 dollars less than the made in China oem part.”

The manager, Donald, came right out and got the new overflow hose put back on for me and even fill my radiator and reservoir for me so I didn't have too.
