I worked for Great Lakes Mushroom when I got out of the US Navy and while I was going to college from 1969 to 1981 so I was interested in visiting Gourmet Mushrooms, Inc. in Scottville Mi.It was a very interesting visit & if your up there way stop in.

Went to the farm sale on Friday and was super happy to be able to get large quantities of mushrooms for a reasonable price. Getting our mushroom recipes a workout. Super friendly and informative. Will go again!

Every Friday from 1-3pm, you can buy big bags of various mushrooms from what they didn't sell in orders during the week. Delicious quality.
