The worse service ever , I have nothing but problems with at&t, signal is horrible , costumer service is really bad too specially in this location. I do not recommend at&t that's why I'm switching tonight. Oh and really expensive $130 for one line and a watch you guys are tripping 🙄 I give you guys 0 star super wack, i never have service in my house either.

We've gone in twice regarding issues with our internet since we moved to the area last year. Each time they were very helpful and clarified any issues and confusion.
The most recent time Logan was a big help. Our internet was shut off because we were still on copper instead of fiber and he sat with me for at least 4t minutes when I went in to clear up the issue. He got our service back on, upgraded, and got us a gift card with the upgrade. Really appreciate his time and effort.

Purchased new phones, then internet, and then another new phone and had an issue each time with the bill being more then what was promised. Asked for a manager to call me back multiple times but never heard from anyone. Horrible customer service all around. STAY AWAY!

Came into the Shelby township location to preorder My family’s iPhone 16. I would highly recommend Chase to help you he went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted.

This store takes advantage of the elderly (and probably anyone else that they can). They sold my parents (that can barely use their phones) 2 Apple Watches. They thought they were "free" but their bill shows them as around $300 each along with service charges. When I went to the store to try to figure out why their bill was so high, I was able to figure out that this was part of the problem. When I told the salesman that I thought that it was unethical of them to sell items to older people who clearly do not understand what they are going to pay and won't be able to use, he basically said that they are in sales and they will sell anything they can to anyone. Gross. My parents have been to the store lots of time for tech support so they definitely knew what the situation was.
