My 3rd experience with AJ just gets better and better. I text he answers with where he’s at for the day and I come see AJ ONLY! he saves me money and offers me products that I actually need! Thank god for AJ!

This was by far the worst customer service experience ever! Do yourself a favor go to hall road and Schoenherr. The experience was night and day!!!! Great service at that location!

I am absolutely appalled. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy. The way they treated my mother was horrific - they had her practically in tears. She has been trying to switch over to AT&T for about 3 weeks now, and has nothing but a horrible experience. They pretended to not be able to switch out our phones, which was a blantant lie. Rude. Again - go to a different store. I cannot stress that enough.

I had a great experience at AT&T thanks to Yousif! He was super helpful, patient, & made sure all my questions were answered. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Really appreciate the excellent service

Nash Mike and Derrick provided the absolute best help when I came in for my issue what happened was my family and I were going on a road trip and their was this big ole raccoon on the side walk so I put my phone out the window of the car to take a picture and dropped it and two cars ran over my phone insane right! I was able to quickly go to the Att store and Nash Mike and Derrick were able to get me a new phone quickly with all my data on it took only 30 minutes amazing service love these guys will be sending people their way

Very fast, kind and patient as i don't know much about tech.Good kid and answered all my questions without getting annoyed lol..Definitely will go back to that store if I have any issues as Compared to the store in Northern MI .
