I am genuinely not even sure where to start. Came in to pay off my current phone and upgrade. I had to deal with Amin. Honestly the entire process was unbelievable. As someone who works in retail, it was absolutely unacceptable. I’m under my aunts plan, and he demanded I call her and “get her on the phone so he can deal with what I needed done”. Once that was situated his comments about what I was able to afford and what I couldn’t afford was enough to get me to grab my things and walk out of that store. Truly so beyond disappointed in this corporation. So sad to see how they let their employees talk to customers who are coming into pay almost a grand on new technology. I work in the same plaza and will definitely be telling people to avoid this location at all costs.

A 10 star rating goes out to Julie at 13655 Hall Rd Shelby Twp Mi. for outstanding Customer service. She navigated through our issues seemingly effortless. Whereas two other AT&T locations were unable to manage the tasks at hand. Saved us money as well with Senior pricing and upgraded our internet service at a cheaper rate. Please give this kind, deserving Lady a raise !!!

Store was not helpful. They could of cared 🤷 less. Call the 1-800 number. Have a nice day. I wonder why the store was empty with customer service like that?

Came in to pick up a new z fold 6. Kristen was quick to help and was able to answer all of my questions. She recommended some great accessories and had us all packed up and out the door again as quick as could be as we had another appointment to get to. Would recommend this location to everyone. Tons better than the lame service we were used to at Verizon!

I had to go to AT&T corporate on Hall Road and Schoenherr for many issues. I was lucky enough to get the store rep named Haythem. He was so knowledgeable, experienced, kind & patient. I walked out of there, saving money. Plus all my issues were resolved.

Att stole the 2 phone we turned in during covid. We came to get new phones. We found out they have been stealing $25 month for a phone we dont have for 2 years. No one is able to fix it. Not the manager not loyalty. Call Monday on fraud. No customer care

Hello! I visited this location on May 24, 2024. I want to start off by saying the staff was absolutely wonderful and I left feeling both comfortable and confident in my purchase of the latest IPhone 15. I was assisted by the lovely Kristen and she was such a joy to speak with. Amazing customer service and her professionalism is top notch! If you’re looking to upgrade your device or even have general questions, this is the place to go! I will definitely be returning when my next upgrade rolls around! ?
