I will always highly recommend this place of business because of how well you treated us and the other customers it was a busy Saturday and just about closing time . My local Benjamin Moore store has very limited hours, and after a frustrating trip last week where they were closed with no notice, I google searched for stores that will ship paint. Ordering was easy; shipping was fast; the paint was carefully packed. I am a customer for life now!

Excellent store and customer service! I Give these guys five stars because six months ago I decided to switch to Benjamin Moore from Sherwin-Williams for all of my painting materials for worx of Mark custom painting. I have never felt so taken care of and appreciated while being in this business. Definitely go see Jesse, Dave, Jim, and Amber at the Shelby Township location. They will take care of you.

I ordered four gallons of polyurethane. When I opened the first can, there was a white chunky layer at the bottom of the can. After stirring for 15 minutes, the polyurethane looked like it had orange juice pulp in it. I opened the second can, which was covered with polyurethane on the can before opening, and it was a much darker shade than the first can, and also had a chunky layer that would not stir in.I contacted the company for a refund three days ago and they asked me to send pictures of the polyurethane. I provided the pictures via email and I have not heard back. I contacted them yesterday and they said I would hear back by the end of the day and I have not heard back. They sold me junk that has probably been sitting on a shelf for years and has oxidized and they should provide me with a refund. Very poor customer service. I should not have to chase people down and follow up constantly to get a refund on a $200 purchase when the company sent me garbage polyurethane. Totally unacceptable.If you want a quality product with a company who has good customer service, take your business elsewhere. Terrible experience in general. 0 stars if I could.Edit: The company contacted me via email shortly after the review was posted and arranged for a return. Although they initially said that I was required to pay return shipping (on 4 gallons - 33 lbs of defective product that they shipped to me), I was ultimately provided with a shipping label by the store.

Can't get thru to anyone on their phone system. Keeps saying press * for main menu but doesn't give options to get to anything else including talking to a live person. Very frustrating.
