I had my Explorer’s front end repaired at Cass Collision after an accident in 2023, and they did a phenomenal job. Nearly two years later, an issue arose with my transmission cooler due to a long screw from the original repair. Cass took full ownership, covered the inspection fee, towed my vehicle back, and even worked with my old insurance to get me a rental—covering the overage themselves. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service and standing by their work was impressive. Highly recommend them for quality repairs and accountability!

They did a great job with my vehicle and they were fast! Only two weeks from the day I dropped it off. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. They were referred to me by a good friend and I will certainly recommend them to anyone in the future.

About a week before Christmas 2024, my wife’s Subaru Forester had an altercation with a 250-300 pound doe which caused considerable damage. Fox Subaru, not having a collision shop, recommended Cass Collision Shelby.i took the car there and met Jordan Jones. From the very beginning, he was very professional, thorough, and friendly. Through the repair, Jordan kept us informed on the progress being made on the car. When we picked up the car, the car looked like “no accident had occurred “. The quality of the workmanship was obvious: 5 STARS. I would recommend Cass Collision Shelby to all my family and friends. In the event I need collision work in the future, I certainly will come back to Cass Collision Shelby.

Guy that runs the front desk was rude to my wife and I. I was returned the car without all mechanical damages fixed. They just simply said they could not replicate the issues or figure out what the issue was. They were able to pull the engine code and could see there was a braking and traction control issue but could not figure out why. After driving the car home, the messages kept popping up on my dashboard about the original mechanical issues that they said they could not fix. All around horrible experience. They left white rubbing compound all over the black plastic trim, hood of the car is still slightly bent up, edges of the paint on the hood have jagged surface and after seeing the bill with all their charges, it was clear they are focused on over charging insurance and the customer. After all that I have to take the car to a dealership at the recommendation of the insurance company to get the rest of the mechanical issue’s resolved. I would NOT recommend any person bring their car here for any type of damage.

Cass Collision did a great job repairing and repainting the rear bumper on my car. The car is old and rare enough that some parts are no longer available. They were able to work around it.
The results look great.
