CrossFit was never my thing, but I am happy I decided to join Catalyst over a year ago. The coaches and people here are second to none and no matter your fitness level or injury history there is always a way to modify the workouts to fit your needs!

Catalyst offers a very unique gym experience! They truly care about every person who comes into their gym. I have been lucky enough to hop on a few workouts and have really enjoyed every single one!
