Catalyst Crossfit is the perfect gym/crossfit for all levels from beginners to experienced crossfit goers. I personally had never tried crossfit before and with some encouragement from coworkers i discovered Catalyst. I was certainly not new to lifting weights and doing all types of exercises and playing collegiate level sports, but this new experience left me wanting more. The challenges of different lifts and exercises challenged me in ways I've never felt before. The instructors are all excellent and very encouraging. They push you to make sure you test your limits. The group atmosphere is generally mixed from beginners to very experienced members. They have a flexible payment plan for people whose schedule is erratic like my own. The equipment is top of the line and the energy is always electric even at 5 am in the morning. I saw a difference in my strength, energy levels, physical appearance, and mood after only 1 week with a proper diet of course.If you have fitness goals whether it be strength training, endurance training, or challenging yourself with new maneuvers Catalyst is definitely the place to be. With 2024 around the corner i can not think of a better place to begin or continue your fitness journey.

CrossFit was never my thing, but I am happy I decided to join Catalyst over a year ago. The coaches and people here are second to none and no matter your fitness level or injury history there is always a way to modify the workouts to fit your needs!

Catalyst is the home away from home. From the moment I stepped in the gym, the atmosphere is wonderful with a lot of positivity. I hadn't been to crossfit in 3 years and was missing it a lot, luckily I found this very close to home. It's great to have such knowledgeable coaches who will critique and correct your form as needed. The positivity is the best part, it's great to see everyone supporting and pushing each other. Good laughs, good times, and great workouts. Thanks for letting me be apart of the gym. I appreciate you all.

Catalyst offers a very unique gym experience! They truly care about every person who comes into their gym. I have been lucky enough to hop on a few workouts and have really enjoyed every single one!

I have been a member of Catalyst CrossFit for over 3 years. I absolutely LOVE it! The coaches are great and very attentive. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner. I’m very close to 54 and I feel the best I ever have. This gym family has helped me both mentally and physically. My relationship with food exercise and people are all better because of this community. If you’re thinking about joining a community of people who will help you become a better version of you then look no more! I’d love to welcome you to the family! Best gym ever!
