I'm new in the area so I decided to give them a try because they were not even 5 mins away from my home... first time I went a young lady did my nails, was soooo sweet & did my nails exactly the way I wanted them. The sec time I went I asked for the same person, wasn't there so the owner did started my nails... made a joke about my last visit but I didn't take it serious. After he filled my nails I waited for a lady to finish my nails & toe. Remind you I asked for square, he gave me round & got mad because he said that's what I asked for. In the most of the young lady finishing me up she stated how he was going to lose customers because he don't know how to talk to ppl & had just put a young lady out the shop. Third time going a man did my nails & pedicure . Gave me two different pinks but I didnt complain & STILL left a tip! Today I walked in & first thing he asked was "what did I want?" not thinking he's serious again because what's the problem? So then he goes to say that I don't tip/good & no one was doing nails. I laughed because what? I tipped every time I've went. So I sat down & was like whatever & he began to do my nails while still talking shit, I just got up & told him I didn't want him doing my nails & called him a stupid bitch. I'm African American so I really believe it was a racial thing because where was this coming from? & rather I tipped or not I was becoming a regular customer! Really have to pray for ppl like him!

Was looking for a new salon for a dip. Salon was clean cute and very relaxing. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely going back . Love this place.

To be honest, I’ve gone here for awhile but I’ve haven’t always been satisfied. Every time I want thin, sharp stiletto nails and it’s never been consistent but any other place I went to was worse. Recently I found a new person to go to and when I went to the salon to get a soak-off it took forever and I was informed by my new nail artist that when I went for the soak-off the lady who did them did not even take off all the acrylic. AND when the lady was checking my nail bed/filing she was so rough she bent my nail down. Anyway go somewhere else or find an independent nail artist, it’s money better spent.

Clean place. Love the decor. Alice did my dip nails. Very clean job and excellent filing technique. Staff are very friendly. Did pedicure with another lady. Quick, clean and nice job. First time and will definitely come back.

So on Friday 10/20 I decided to get a fill in with shellac polish and the young lady that was servicing me was very rough and even cut me with the drill. She never apologized or informed me of the skin breakage. I normally bring my two daughters here also and if this young lady thought this was appropriate treatment to a 44 year old black woman in such a way, I can only imagine what they are doing to my 14 and 15 year old daughters. We will not be back and I will be making a formal complaint as well. And I spend around $250 a month here, not anymore.Service: Acrylic nails

I came to Charming Nails a few weeks ago on Wednesday September 13, 2023, and my shellac chipped two days AFTER the manicure! I did no hard work, dishes or anything along those lines. I called and the lady said to come after work on Monday September 18th and they would fix it. I told her I would be there at 7:20pm. She said that is fine, to come in. So I showed up in person at 7:08pm and the place was locked and CLOSED!!! I tried calling and no one answered!! I am completely upset and disappointed! This is my first time coming to that nail salon and I would never come back! I cannot believe the shabby work for the amount of money and very generous tip that I paid!Services: Manicure
