DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE. Your money is NOT secure!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! I had a hacker hack into my Zelle account and send themselves $2,000. Chase refuses to give me back MY money. They told me that it is a 3rd party app and nothing they could do as Zelle payments can only happen through the app or through my bank. I did NOT send $2,000 to ANYONE. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BANKING WITH THESE FRAUDS!!! Your money is not secured through Zelle although this is supposed to be the most protected money transferring app there is.:: but that is a lie because I can't get my $2000 that I worked my ass off for back!!!!!!

Mrs. Tia was so wonderful and helpful ! One of the many reasons chase is my bank because of caring compassionate people like her , a real asset to chase bank in my opinion .

They Never Answer The Phone ! I am disappointed every time I call the bank and get the automated message indicating "We are currently assisting other customers and are sorry we can't answer the call at the moment. Please call again or call 800-935-9935 and speak to a telephone banker." You must always go to the bank in person !

I would never recommend chase to anyone. I recently sold my home and deposited a large check. They put a 14 day hold on the check and it is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to help release the funds. Worst bank experience I've ever had. I will be switching banks asap.

Drive up teller forgot my ID. Went back around and they give me someone else's. Went inside to resolve the situation and they tell me it's gone. Big inconvenience

I came in to exchange bills and was turned away because I didn't have an account with them. I was a Chase customer for 10 years, but that's besides the point. Stopped into the nearby Huntington bank afterwords and was pleasantly greeted by the entire staff. They made my exchange without asking if I had an account there. Oh, and I had cancelled my account after ten years when they started charging me 5$ a month just to have an account with them. It's like, why would I pay a bank to loan them money. That's essentially what a bank account is, you're loaning them money.
