I'm sad to say that the quality of this facility has definitely declined over the last year and a half. The range has no air conditioning or heat it's been broken for a year and a half and the stock inside the pro shop is probably 50% less the one I started going there. I have mentioned the temperatures in the range many times to the staff and there doesn't seem to be anything being done about it. I may cancel my membership because I cannot shoot in the summer time as the heat is unbearable.

Had an amazing time. Chris was fantastic very knowledgeable and great customer service. Range was clean and ran properly. Can't say enough good about the customer service.

Very chill and relaxing environment. I pay $30 per month for weekdays, and there is always space available. I will start classes soon.

I came in there and did not know what I was doing, everyone who worked on Thursday the 24th was beyond amazing. I am very uneducated in guns and safety. I was there for a few hours they answered all our questions at one point I had 3 people helping us. I will be returning weekly for classes. I never had such amazing service and help. Great job and the passion that everyone who works there has. Just overall fantastic.

1) The range is nice because they allow you to train more than just stand in one spot and fire a shot once a second. Always safe, but lacks the BS so you can train more realistically.
2) Their firearms training is beyond what's available most place. One of their instructors, Dutch, is an asset to this facility and community as a whole. If I could, I'd take all my firearms training from him.

I took a CPL class with Dutch Mathews at CQT. This is my second class. By far, Dutch was the best instructor I have ever had. I compare him to college professors and he wins by far. He is extremely smart and experienced, but has a delivery that anyone can understand. He worked with me and improved my grip and stance with my handgun and this was just a CPL class. He teaches other classes that I am definitely going to take, just because he is the instructor. Seriously, ask which classes Dutch Mathews teaches and you won’t be sorry.

Dropped off my carry gun to have a night sight installed and an upgraded spring kit. The gunsmith does fantastic work and he has done some for me in the past. I have recommended him to several of my friends.
I receive a call february 11th at 10:17am where the person I spoke with informed me that the sight was installed, the spring kit was in, and my gun was ready for pickup, and told me the total was $108.
I tell them I will be there around 12:30-1:00 on my way to work, I arrive around 1pm and wait at the counter. The guy at the counter goes and retrieves my pistol, I open the case and see the parts still in the box. At this time, the gunsmith and the guy from the counter have a conversation in front of me about how he had not gotten to my gun yet and the work was not completed.
I speak with the gunsmith who apologizes and tells me that it will be ready within an hour. I inform him that I have to go to work and do not have the time to wait and will have to pick it up tomorrow. He assures me that it will be ready and I initially exit the store to leave for work.
After some reflection I decided that I was not okay with how this played out and that this is my carry gun, something I have to depend on, and that I was bothered by the fact that I was lied to.
I reentered the store and told the gentleman at the counter that I was unwilling to have this work done at this establishment and that I wanted my firearm returned to me, and that I would have the work done somewhere else.
I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes before my firearm was returned to me.
I have been a CQT customer for several years and have utilized the range, bought firearms, and conducted transfers throughout the years. And this experience has left a taste in my mouth that I am unable to look past. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
The gunsmith does fantastic work, and this review is not to disparage him or his work. I am simply disappointed by the guys I spoke with up front.

These guys were nicer than they probably should have been -- I came in one night with 3 other people from Canada as new shooters, and they went over and above helping us get a lane, put us 4 on there, lent us more than they should, and ended up having a great time. Thanks!
