This places is pretty good. For small repairs they are reasonable and while they couldn't get the finger paint out of a shirt that i now use for fun, they did clear up some bleeding on a black and white silk top that from two other places told me was impossible. And I didn't even have to ask them!
They can be pricy, as my sister had to pay 50 dollars for a jacket, but she had a half wool and half leather mix jacket so each part needed special cleaning and time. But it looked perfect and my sister now knows to keep the jacket in better condition .

Overcharge each time. They charge different prices and it is confusing. We were charged more to get a small stain out of the sleeve than he did getting ink out of the coat. They charge what they want when they want. I choose to no longer patronize.

I love the customer service at Commons Cleaners. I trust their work. They recently repaired a Michael Kors pea coat that has been part of my Fall Winter wardrobe for over 15 years and they did an excellent job.

Sent my shirts for laundry, I got buttons melted and shirts damaged not one but 5 of them and they refused to take responsibility about and said your shirt was bad quality , I have given the same shirts more than 10 times to laundry and never had any issues. Not even offered to replace the buttons. I will never go again there.

I sent my boyfriends suit in to be cleaned for an important interview. Upon picking it up there was a noticeable hole in the arm. They refused to take responsibility about it and did not give me a refund. We now have to buy a new suit because they ruined his. Horrible service barely spoke English.
