“Atul was not the original drop off location. The original was closed due to hurricane Helene. They directed me (phone call) to Atul’s location. He was very polite, professional, offered to help position and disconnect the trailer and completed the drop off paper work immediately. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated.”
“Make sure this location is showing on Uhaul website, also the customer credit card terminal was out of order, so it needs new one for the ease and safety of customers credit card information”
