“My husband Ron recently went to the Shelby Twp Office to make three different payments. After leaving, he attempted to open his car but the key fob would not work. The three ladies at the branch all tried to assist as one even went out in the bitter cold to help! Finally, after a half hour, one of the ladies was able to get it to work for him. This brings customer service to a whole new level! The staff there is always friendly and professional!”
