I had to get one small thing right by the pharmacy and wanted to pay there since the store was really busy. So I told the lady can I pay here and she goes “well we’re really busy too” I did not see any people waiting there but her comment made me very uncomfortable. Very rude of her to say that to customers.

I truly wouldn't give any stars if I was given the option. I loved the pharmacy when it was run by Target. The staff was friendly and always helpful! Since CVS took over my experiences have been nothing but awful. The staff is far from friendly and don't seem to know how to fill prescriptions or deal with insurance companies. My daughter had a prescription called in by her doctor on a Friday morning. I received a phone call Friday afternoon telling me they didn't have it in stock but would be there on Monday. Monday comes and I get another phone call telling me they can not get the prescription and also that my insurance isn't covering it and it would cost some ungodly amount! Completely irritated, since this isn't the first time they have pissed me off, I told them I'm going else where. I called the doctors office, told them what happened (they literally laughed when I told them the story, especially about the price) and had them call the prescription into Meijer. Meijer Pharmacy had it filled with NO issues what so ever. The ungodly amount that was given to me from CVS was 100% covered by my insurance. So needless to say I will NEVER go this pharmacy again.
