The pharmacy people were amazing! Got me in and out quick! However the older lady working in the MinuteClinic was not helpful at all. I arrived to my appointment on time, and she was in the back with someone so the Pharmacy gave me another vaccination that I needed while she was with someone else. They took me back and gave me the shot in less than 2 minutes, and when I got back to the MinuteClinjc part, she still hadn’t came out. I waited with my partner and son for an additional 20 minutes, and another family arrived while we were waiting, she looked at them then at us and decided I was 20 minutes late when I was not and told me she were taking them before me and when I told her that was unfair she told me I could wait or leave. At this point I was a little agitated and told her I would wait, she said ok, then came back and asked if I could go to another clinic so I decided to just leave. If you’re a person of color I wouldn’t recommend, you could tell she just didn’t want to help me based on myself and my families “appearance”, the second we got there.

One because I can't go lower. If you have OTC allowance with your insurance, have the OTC items rung up separately. If you have cashback coupons, they will apply the cashback to the OTC items. Expect to pay more than you expect. I'm not shopping there anymore.

I use this location as my pharmacy with no issues. There is an older middle eastern lady who works the front who is absolutely horrible to deal with. If she’s behind the counter and self checkout doesn’t work, I’ll usually leave the store. One time, when I was buying propane in the middle of the winter, she gave me the keys and told me to go get the propane myself and to bring her back the keys. My only regret is that I did as she said and didn’t leave the propane doors wide open. Never have I ever met someone who seems so inconvenienced to do her job. I’m not even asking for any special treatment, just that when I ask for a receipt or drop off a package, just don’t roll your eyes or be smart about it.

There is an older woman that works as a pharmacy tech that is not only rude and short-tempered but quite unhelpful and unfamiliar with technology. I came in to pick up 3 prescriptions because I received a text message the day prior that they were ready. The woman completely ignored my statement that I received a text from them and told me that I only had one medication on my profile. She proceeded to talk to the pharmacist as if I was lying about receiving the text? How do I benefit from making up an automated text? Turns out the younger pharmacist had to show her how to correctly look up my profile. Why be rude if you don’t know how to properly do your job? Thank you to the pharmacist for getting me my asthma meds…
