I purchased a new timing belt for a Lexus RX330. I received a call stating one of the parts in the kit would not fit. I thought, great what is this going to cost me? I was told nothing, they contacted the supplier, used a part that fit vs. Slapping it on, only to cause a problem. Honest and professional.
