I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. Our vehicle was towed because it wouldn't start, and we received no communication about the diagnosis or costs involved. After 6 weeks, we were told we could pick up the vehicle, only to find a bill of $900 with no work order detailing what was done. The same issue recurred shortly after, and despite numerous phone calls where they claimed the vehicle was fine, it wouldn't start again upon our arrival.
On a second pickup attempt, we were informed there was no balance due because the repair was unresolved, yet the vehicle was outside, locked, with no keys available. The next day, we were shocked to learn we owed $125 for fixing wires and charging the battery—work we never approved. There was no communication about the cause of the issue or any request for approval before performing repairs.
This place is a scam! I urge everyone to avoid this shop. Approval for repairs should always be sought before any work is done!

I purchased a new timing belt for a Lexus RX330. I received a call stating one of the parts in the kit would not fit. I thought, great what is this going to cost me? I was told nothing, they contacted the supplier, used a part that fit vs. Slapping it on, only to cause a problem. Honest and professional.

Great place to have your car repaired!! I was a mechanic for 42 years, now retired. There are over 20 repair shops within 5 miles of Hayes and 22 Mile Rd and this is the place I chose for my repair, very satisfied!!
