I went in today. One lady running register she was sweet older lady with a grey streak down the middle of her hair I wish I got her name. Two lady's in the office joking around talking not working as there is a long line. Pathetic. Took 20 min to check out I only had 5 items. It's the holiday season, no reason for this. Horrible service. The manager sitting on her butt in the office joking around and talking with another employee. Wow. Won't ever go back to that location. I felt sorry for the cashier doing it all. I just saw my receipt she logged in as jasmina Great Lady.

We're lucky to have a Dollar Tree only a few blocks away. It definitely comes in handy so if we just need a couple things we don't have to go to Meijer.

Just had the most unbelievably rude interaction I’ve ever had at any establishment. Stood at the wrong cashier line because there was nobody at either register. An African American male employee(only worker in store on 3/25 at 11 AM) told me to get in line at the other register. I thought this meant someone else would be coming to help me since he was stocking shelves. After waiting another 5 minutes in that line, I rang the bell that was sitting there that said “ring for service”.
He came storming out of his aisle to yell at me and say “I told you I’d be there in 2 seconds and you ring the bell? We just had that conversation?”. I do not have great hearing so if he did say that, all I heard was “go to the other cashier line”. As I tried to apologize for misunderstanding, he talked over me and told me I was lying and that I had heard him.
I then decided to leave the store instead of buy anything and apologize for bothering him. No customer should ever be treated that way.

I came into this location this morning to purchase one singular water bottle as I come into this location multiple times a week for various small items and have never had a problem completing any transaction before.
there was one gentleman around 9:45 am working the cash register ringing up another customer. As i wait for their transaction to be completed He was not paying attention and rang up my item on the other person’s check. The customer before me told the guy thank you have a nice day and the cashier really ignored him and didn’t acknowledge or respond to him at all.
Once I approached the register, he rang up my item, and I proceeded to use my Apple Pay He proceeded to make condescending and snarky comments about having too many cards and not being able to remember a pin number, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful and rude and is not the way that you should be talking to any customer.
even though I don’t have to explain anything to somebody whose job it is to ring up my items and be polite about doing so I just was the victim of having my wallet stolen so I had to reset my pin for my card and was recommended by the bank not to have the same pin for each card anymore.
I will making a formal complaint to corporate about this individual because clearly they lack the ability to be personable and polite to strangers and doing a simple job such as working at the dollar tree.

My grandma and her friend were in the store shopping earlier and her friend thought she lost her phone there. I called up and reached the store manager, Shaina. She went above and beyond looking for her phone, even went as far as to check the cameras. She took my number down in case she ran across it. 10/10 super nice lady and extremely helpful. Thanks Shaina! And sorry if I spelled your name wrong.

I was surprised at how clean and open this store was, as most stores of this kind are borderline "dumps". Great selection of items at a great price and courteous and helpful employees. Good location as well.

Great Dollar Tree in my area! The employees are always nice & eager to help, stock is put out almost on a daily basis! Clean, organized & great to shop!
