Bought a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee from Yahya was told the car was fine but broke down 2 days later. they acted like they had no idea it had any issues then wasn’t willing to let me trade the vehicle or get money back. I was getting responses from Yahya and was messaging back and forth next thing I know I go to message them and I get a message saying manager will be in later..

So yes they got me approved just to drive away with a vehicle they didnt let me test drive and had me stranded in less then a week on my mother's 61st birthday party DAY. Just for them to tell me it was sold as is and then I had to bring my uncle up there so they could do something about it and which they did finally take a look at my vehicle they sold me just to fix a belt which my vehicle is still over heating the Trans leak got fixed but forget fixing it overheating right?? So I got to drive my van for a week now it's just been sitting and I have to make these car payments how is this fair if you sold me a pos car that I only got to drive for a week. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS!

Buyers beware they get you in a car quick and after your first 30 day’s you’ll get your warranty stuff but you’ll have repair’s needed to be fixed but you won get any help from them.They are sneaky.

Sold me a junk vehicle. Sold me one with lies and promises they had no intentions on honoring. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Told me brakes were dirty from sitting. But needs all no rotors and pads. Just got it Wednesday haven't driven it since. I gave them a very reliable vehicle as trade in. I take care of a disabled veteran. Only reason I needed an SUV. I'm a disabled senior. Live where there's no public transportation. So neither of us can get around to doctors or get groceries. I've cried my eyes out. They lie to you just to sell you a car. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I give them --- 1000 negative.

Bought a 2013 Dodge dart limited, used from here and had over $6000 in repair cost after not even driving the vehicle 250 miles off the lot. Sold me a lemon and will not help pay for the repairs or get back with me. Would not recommend to anybody.

LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!
The finance manager Michael Berra is extremely rude and likes to demean random people on his Facebook account. He is not someone I would trust with ANY of my personal information. I have screenshots of his negative comments on Facebook if anyone would like to see.
UPDATE: I see they are scrambling to take down and hide my review instead of taking accountability. Great show of character here.
Another update: They keep trying to delete and hide my review but I promise to always repost so long as they keep trying to hide their employees disgusting behavior.
