Actualy it was called Jack's car wash. I liked it and signed up a deal with them. They offered first 2 months for $16 a month and after that if I want to stay $24.99 a month and that is unlimited car was per month / 2 times per day max. But we are talking up to 60 times a month you can wash your car while one time wash anywhere else is minimum $5 if not more. I think it is a great deal. Since it was my first time washing there I was offered a primum wash too, that is a plus.

On my way to work just tried to get a quick car wash and the kid would not let me go without up selling. I ended up pulling away because he was so aggressive.

I went last week, no single wash available, only for members, “BUT if you sign up for monthly plan we can wash your car”, great way to hook you up and have to cancel after a month, just backed up and left, this place used to be good, don’t bother, just go to any of the 3 other car washes in a mile distance, it will be better!

My car is RUINED after just 2 trips through. Tire shine all over my entire car sides and rear somehow. Went down the street to CLEAN HUB, and they did their best to fix it, but the damage is done. Have now gotten a quote to buff out all the chemical damage for over $400. What a joke, Jax. This is why you haven't changed the name on Google yet?.

I agree with several other reviewers below me. After the acquisition of this car wash by Jax, the quality has gone down severely. A few of the attendants clearly have an odd attitude/chip on their shoulder. Congratulations to the group that sold this place, but seeing an immediate and drastic free-fall in quality.

The best!!!
Edit: Today, one of the workers, Joe, walked me through how to use the mat cleaners and talked with me through it the whole time. This car wash is amazing and they really care about their customers. If you’re looking for a car wash that’s actually worth it, it’s this one. Hoping the owner gives Joe a raise!!

Jax Car Wash now. Never anybody there to wipe the car. Also vacuums are very low.

After changing the owner to Jax, the quality is not the same anymore. Lines are huge and only 1 of the 3 lanes works at this location in Shelby for unlimited members, which is very tight. Had an issue last week and ended up scratching my truck because the only lane available was full of snow and construction materials on the ground. Owner said that unfortunately is not their responsibility. Very disappointed!
