I came in on a tuesday afternoon, and was curious about buying a membership, i ended up purchasing a single wash and getting some membership info from a nice young man named Jack, he was very helpful and informative, and made me extremely interested in purchasing a membership the next time i go. What is point of the wash if your employees aren’t going to spend the 30-60 seconds to spray down THE ENTIRE CAR before it enters the wash? I leave there every time with a filthy car. It’s pathetic. The employees “working” are sitting in the office starring at their phones, when they should be rinsing your car off before you enter the wash. What a waste of $ for all parties involved. Clean View is wasting money on employees who don’t do their job, and I’m wasting money getting a car wash that does nothing. Just cancelled my membership.

I paid for the Ultimate Wash membership because it offered the bug spray. The next time I went, no one did a pre wash, the next time I had to ask and they only sprayed a splash on the drivers side window. I went back through immediately and had to request the pre spray on the entire windshield and the front of the car. Very disappointing and I do not plan to continue the membership here.Service: Car waxing

While I go to more than one, this is the location I frequent the most often. Our car has a special ceramic coating and this place keeps it looking showroom new! Plus the people are nice.

Clean View Auto Wash After leaving your location on Schoenherr this evening I have been extremely upset and frustrated with your company and the service provided to me today.I recently drove up to Port Huron and back home to Warren and during my trip I happened to end up with A LOT of dead bugs on my grill, hood, windshield and the paints part of my mirrors. I came to your location today to get my car washed and vacuum my car as I have a monthly membership which I got right after you opened. You guys have been good up until today.I went through the car wash and then pulled into the vacuum area and noticed so many dead bugs still on my car. I decided after vacuuming my car to go through the wash again and ask for the front of my car to be sprayed for bugs since my car was still covered with bugs. I was told “I am not allowed to spray cars for bugs anymore, I will have to ask permission” I said please do and the young man went and asked. The person he asked said NO! The young man came back to me and said that he was told no and that if he did he would lose his job.Now I have always had customer/member service jobs and this definitely is not that way to treat a paying customer, especially in todays day and age with social media and people putting companies on blast. I also do not blame the young man for these decisions as I remember being young with one of my first jobs and having to follow rules. But I also know from having different positions in management that you also sometimes need to go a little above and beyond to make customers happy sometimes.Now I was not asking for much. I was asking for a company that I pay a monthly membership to, to spray my car for bugs. I wasn’t asking for money back or anything else, just a simple spray of a chemical before I went through the wash again.When I left I called the location and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he is not there and whoever I was speaking to said they didn’t know when a manager would be available. I then asked for maybe an area manager or someone higher I could speak to or even the owner. I was told there was no one else to speak to, that the owner doesn’t deal with this type of stuff and that it’s company policy but if I wanted to get my car sprayed for bugs that I could drive farther than I already do, to two of the other locations.Coming from a customer service standpoint this is all unacceptable. I would like to hear from someone about this and also I would like for your employees to be able to have the ability to actually “PROVIDE THE CLEANEST WASH FOR YOUR VEHICLE POSSIBLE” and to empower your employees to “PROVIDE THE FRIENDLIEST SERVICE TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS” by being able to make the customer happy and spray the car with bug spray if requested by the customer without fear of repercussions such as losing their job. Because isn’t the cleanest wash and friendliest service part of your mission statement? And if you truly mean everything in your mission statement, you are not fulfilling your mission if customers can’t get the cleanest wash.

When they first opened it was great. Now... not so much.They no longer spray your car down prior to enter the car wash so those big spinning brushes, they smear the heavy dirt and grime across your nice paint. They also no longer brush your rims before you go through, so rims come out almost as dirty as they were when you went in.I'll be cancelling this membership today because it's no longer worth the monthly membership fee of $19.99. Enough is enough. I can do a better job at the quarter car wash.

I decided to try this auto wash again. Again the service sucked. Attendant came out of the office led me in sprayed bug spray on the front and windshield.. no other prep.. wheels wells, back of car and tires still dirty. I will never and do not recommend this car wash. Lazy!!

About a year ago I ran through this wash because of its convenient location and free vacuums. Seemed a bit expensive but once I got past that it was ok. Then one day I ran through with bugs on my car and didn't know there was an additional fee for a dirty car. The bugs didn't come off. The employee then told me he'd only run me through once more because I didn't pay the premium. Still wasn't clean.Today, hall and hayes was a mess and we were eating at ny deli next door so I swallowed my pride and paid the dirty car premium, and needless to say, even with the money paid and the spray gingerly applied, I still have a dirty car. No one will have to worry about me being in the way here. They pulled the last $13 out of my pocket. I'll never bother the employee on his smoke break anymore either. Awful place, awful service. Awful quality.

I went to clean view today and experienced one of the worst car washes in my life. I came in and expected my car to be clean and dry, but to my surprise when I exited the car wash I had a car that was dirty and still had water on it. I was displeased after buying their top wash. Do better!

This is the worst location you can go to. Ever since they announced they were opening the location on Hall/Schoenherr Rd they let this one go to sh*t. The vacuums do not work, as they're free and the general public has access to them. The mat cleaning machine has been down for months. They don't spray your car before you enter. And not to mention, the dryers do not get the job done at the end of the wash and literally leave half your car soaking wet resulting in water stains...If you must go to CleanView, go to the Schoenherr location.

I went through for a quick wash and to vacuum my car and in the middle of me vacuuming the kid turned off the vacuum and told me they close at 8..did they not want to say that before I went through the car wash. and the kids told me he doesn't care he doesn't make the rules. rude service and a shitty wash I'll take my money over to ace.

Used to be great when they would power wash the vehicles before they went through the wash. Now I have to go through twice just to get a decent wash. I emailed management about this and they claimed the “new high tech sprayers” do a better job. Nice try. The sprayers are after the soap. What a joke. I’ll be cancelling my 2 monthly plans and going down the street to Whitewater Express. Much better job and free towel exchange.

General manager and his staff are friendly. The line moves quickly and I love that they have free vacuums and cleaning products available right at your fingertips, if you want to pay for them. To me, it's a great value to have the membership since I wash my vehicle 2 to 4 times a week. If you do the math, it's a no brainer.Services: Polishing
