As a provider, I cannot believe how dysfunctional and uncaring this office is. I have been on generalized anxiety medication for two years now and I have the hardest time getting a refill every single month. Well this month after calling the office THREE times, in addition to the pharmacy calling and leaving several messages they never refilled the medication, I am not supposed to abruptly stop the medication. I am now five days without it, going through medication withdrawal and taking myself off the medication all together because I have no other option and am sick and tired of dealing with this office. Completely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a doctors office. Made an appointment, arrived about 10 minutes early as I always try to do. Another patient comes in after I had been there for about 40 minutes and sits down. We both wait for another 10 minutes or so a nurse of some sort comes out and starts complaining to the receptionist about how patients are waiting and there is not enough time. Keep in mind that at no time during this wait did any staff bother to address the issue that it was 50 minutes past my appointment time, just complain to each other. The icing on the cake was they then called back the lady who had just gotten there. I had enough and left. Unprofessional or understaffed, it doesn't really matter don't waste your time going here.

I appreciate the medical service. But sometimes the help doesn't do their job and the patient takes the hit. Can be exetremly frustrating.

Poor customer service, and a very "whatever" kind of approach to problem-solving. They deserve to flop when the reps behave like infants.

Why pay 5 dollars to rent at home when you can drive here pay 3 dollars and get some snacky snacks. The ability to retain employees is a little discouraging but im sure most of them have just moves on to bigger amd better things.

It's great that places like this is still an option. Always have the new releases. I hope they will always be around and an option for those of us that believe in supporting local businesses.

Family video is an awesome video store I don't know how they do it when all the big companies close that these guys are just so nice and so friendly and so helpful and they just keep opening stores one after the other they keep the customers with all the newest stuff that they want they have an awesome section on free children's video's they treat you very courteously and have pretty much whatever video entertainment you like
