This is the best location they all go above and beyond to help with your needs and consult you with everything you’re concerned about they don’t try to upsell you on the most expensive package and the fastest shipping. They literally try to work and help you and all of them are so kind and so sweet at this location. I had an issue with the package from my end because I didn’t have packaging, but I did have knee surgery so could not stand for too long to drop the package off. they called to let me know, but they completely took care of everything for me and did not charge me. I just thought that was such a kind gesture. Very very good hearted people. This will be the only place I ever ship with again.

The gentleman with the English accent is always very friendly and helpful. This is a fast and convenient drop off store.

Shipped my package a week ago has been saying out for delivery for three days. Someone who doesn’t even speak English says package is lost and no one has a solution. I will never use FedEx and I’m going to sue FedEx if I don’t get a refund for my package value. Shame on you guys. Shitty ass company. your call center has people who barely speak English and have no clue on giving solutions. You’re worse than USPS.

Worst customer service, last visit I had a package almost 30 Ib and I have company Fedex account and they try to charge me almost $600, I took the package to another Fedex office in Sterling Heights and they charged me less than $90

I’ve been using this FedEx location for printing services for years and I’m always happy with the customer service. All of the staff are always very helpful and informative. The store manager, Diane, was especially helpful with my most recent order!

My go to for FedEx drop returns and I've had them do some print work, very knowledgeable staff, easy to work with and very professional, and the printing costs were surprisingly inexpensive.

I’m very unhappy with my recent Trip to FedEx. I own a local business and bring all
my packages pre labeled and ready to scan. Every time I walk in they try to get me to use the self scan and drop box which DOES NOT update the tracking online to say the items have been dropped off to the location. Leaving my online buyers to think the packages are still in hand. So I make sure to bring them to the front and have them scanned in to assure the are updated online. Well tonight I walk into this location with not a single customer in line and the 2 women behind the counter refused to scan my packages in. They told me they had other things to do. That I needed to use the self scan. I told them that they wouldn’t update online and I need them to be. They again refused and sent me along. This is absolutely unacceptable. The only customer in The store and was treated with no help. Management needs to talk with this crew…. Sincerely Tyler B

Worst employees Carol and Erica( not the brightest people I've interacted with definitely) were working from another store they said I had already paid for my order the day before tried charging me extra saying the manager didn't know how to charge for my order. I was getting my pictures arranged in order on paper which I numbered and attached to it and they messed it up. I know it was hard for them to count to six and when I asked how they could have messed it up this idiot Erica said it takes them more than once to get it right. I said to count to six how sad.

I recently went into FedEx to have a collage picture printed out for my daughter’s grad party and Ben was so helpful! I was so indecisive on what size I wanted, he was very patient and offered a plethora of options. His customer service was top tier.
