“I had my Grabdmothers funeral here a few years back and now my daughters. I was lost at where to start this process and Mike helped me with all the details. He even came in on his day off which really meant a lot to me. There was a girl the age of my daughter that worked there that literally had tears in her eyes feeling the pain we were. The professionalism was always there. They set up a police escort for our procession and made the experience feel like we were family.
