Force to contact this co. thru samsung never got thru the phone call as the woman that answered is beyond unprofessional and act like she can treat customers any way needs to be shut down unprofessional and not worth the troble

This appliance guy (listed as a certified company for LG on LGs website), came out to troubleshoot and potentially fix our washing machine. He said the clutch, tub and tub rotor needed replaced. He also mentioned replacing the motor b.c. the mortor is under warranty and we should just replace it all while they are inside the machine for the other items. He mentioned how labor intensive all the work was. I thought that is was extremely odd to replace a part that worked perfectly fine. Then he told us it would cost $1000 and that we should just buy a new washing machine. Our washing machine is only 5 years old and looks brand new. I was blown away by this! He then proceeded to tell me they only last 5 to 7 years. I could see 10 year but was completely thrown off by the 5 to 7 years.So... I went with my gut instinct and did some research after he left. Ended up removing the washer plate which is the bottom inside the tub. Load and behold, there was a piece of underwear wrapped under the base plate, holding it back from going into full spin. It literally took, at most, 2 minutes and one socket to figure this out.Anyways, I am super upset and really annoyed that we paid this company $100 to do absolutely nothing, they lied to us, and gave us a $1,000 quote to fix it! I feel completely cheated and taken advantage of!*Edit* I reached out to the company and they refunded me the $100. However, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She gave me a lecture on how they "came out and did their job by assessing the situation and that they are only refunding me out of good customer service." I responded with "okay" and went to ask her for her name for documentation purposes, but she hung up on me without allowing me to finish my sentence and without saying bye.

We were forced to use this company for our washer which needed a new door seal, because Samsung had no other repair companies within a 50 mile radius. As you can see from other reviews, they are terrible. First, the woman that answers the phone is always rude. Second, I was told the repair would take a week. It had been a month, and they refused to give me any further information or look into the parts that are being delivered. I am simply told, repeatedly, that they will call me when the parts arrive. I finally filed a BBB complaint to Samsung and they took care of it. They refunded me for half the price of the washing machine, and told me that the repair company had a COVID case... that they never bothered to tell me about! So now I also have to wonder if the guy that diagnosed our machine had COVID when he was at our house. The kicker was almost two months later and weeks after Samsung refunded me and I bought another washer, they called me to schedule the repair. They were clueless that I had already bought a new washer. Avoid these jokers unless you like waiting months for a routine repair.

Terrible. I called to see when the technician would be out and the very RUDE woman told me that they tagged my door because I was not home. There was never a tag and no call either. The woman told me I could go elsewhere and that she would cancel my rescheduled appt but unfortunately I am under warranty through ABC and this is who they use. AWFUL!!!

My LG TV needed to be repaired and LG subcontracted the repair to this company. I am disgusted with how I was treated. The woman who answers the phone and schedules the appointments is completely rude and unprofessional. The repairmen are not knowledgeable about the products at all. It took 3 weeks to have a simple part ordered for my TV and when the repairman came out, he forgot the needed parts and I was forced to reschedule a week later. I've had repairmen no call no show. I do not recommend this company at all for any of your electronic needs.

I have never ever been spoken to like i have today. I contacted your Shelby Township location. I tried to find out about my repair. She was so RUDE and told me this is the way it is, if you don't like it go somewhere else. She said I the customer was lying that someone was suppose to call me before my repair. I told her I am the customer and she cannot talk to me that way. She said call the 1/800 number that is all I can say. I asked her to help me and told her I do not like her ton of voice. she said Oh Well! I asked for a manager and she said one is not available. After looking at all your reviews, I have reported this to the better business bureau. No one deserves to be treated this way. I have recorded my conversation due to i had to make two calls and the same girl answered. I have reported them to Home Depot to let them know who is representing your company. I am 50 years old and have NEVER been treated in my life with the disrespect i had from her.

They where suppose to repair my t.v. for samsung. They came out said it needed a new screen. Weeks went by nothing. I called samsung today and was told they submitted to them that they repaired our t.v on oct. 19th no repair was ever made or where we contacted. Wow such a great business that we have been waiting for 3 weeks without a t.v in our living room. Sure they do not care because they charge samsung for a brand new screen repair, and I am sure they can go home and watch their t.v.s. Terrible company.

They are listed as a Samsung refrigerator repair center. I called and told her I had a Samsung refrigerator and she said “nope, we don’t do that” and hung up on me. Didn’t even give me the change to let her know they are listed on the Samsung web site. I called back and she let it go to the vm that was full. Wow, I guess the other people on the reviews are spot on! They will never get my business for anything.

Got assigned to use this vendor for a Samsung Warranty repair - randomly rescheduled. Called to investigate - woman was extremely rude on the phone, but scheduled it for Friday, said someone would call Thursday to confirm.It's Thursday at 4:30 and I haven't heard anything. Tried to call their number to make sure it was still on (I took PTO from work for this) and it goes straight to voicemail, with no mailbox setup. Super unprofessional.

Had a schedule service appointment today never received a call, I called after the times that was given to Me the receptionist answered the phone I explain to her that I never received a phone call and I was told that someone did call me and left a tag on my door that was not true and I tried to explain that to her and she said to me if I didn’t like the way the service was for me to find somebody else to fix my dryer. My dryer is under warranty so unfortunately I have to use their company to get my dryer fixed and was told again for me to go else where. Absolute horrible horrible service that I received today and I would never recommend them for anything!!!

I just got a call from a very fast speaking customer service woman "we want to confirm your apt for monday from 8am to noon " I said "this is the first I am hearing about this apt time."She said sorry for bothering you and hung up. I call the place immediately back and no answer. The only reason why I knew it was them is because it was on my caller IDDo not get LG warranty service thru them they have horrible customer service.

Lowes scheduled an appointment for the 22nd of April between 1 and 5 pm. No call, no show. When I called the next afternoon to find out why they didn't show they told me they don't do service calls on Thursdays. Never bothered to call me the day it was scheduled or anytime after to let me know.
