Opened a Larrrge CD at this branch. Repeatedly turned away when went into branch within the maturity time frame. In fact the "bankers will go to lunch at 1:30 PM while you are waiting. Despicable customer service. I would avoid this location. Also make sure you schedule an appointment if you want to get ahold of the money you put in there the corporate fist is closed when you try to get it out. Beware of apathetic service!!!!

Staff is friendly , but extremely slow . I always have to wait at least 10-15 min here just to withdraw or deposit . There should be at least two people working the drive through for accuracy and timeliness. I’ve seen some workers just keep chatting with their regulars while others are still waiting . They definitely need to hire more staff to accommodate their needs.

Run far away from Huntington, not only did they allow someone to rob me of over $800 they are also Robbing me of the little money I had left. Taking my business where they don’t allow robbery. Mark Matwiejczyk you have poor customer service skills.

Always have a great experience at this and the 21 mile/Schoenherr branch. Very rare that I rate a bank with 5 stars.We've been using Huntington for nearly 10 years and are very happy.
