This store has really gone downhill. It's always trashed the stuff that they say is in stock Online is not on the floor and when you ask about it. They say they're in the back and they can't pull it. Which makes no sense. Because you wanna try and sell what you have so I don't know what their problem is

Myself and like two other people walked out of here empty handed because there was literally no staff to help you! The person I asked pointed me in the direction to go (even though I told him I already checked there) and I saw another employee tell someone she doesn't know because she doesn't work the floor (and didnt offer to find the customer assistance). When my phone is telling me your location has multiples of the item I need but I can't find it and your employees can't assist anyone, why spend time and gas making a trip to the store?? Times are tough but pay your employees better or just stick to online sales for the luv of gawddddd

Not happy. Went there to buy some fleece material to make blankets. There was 40 % off sign in each isle. I get to the register none of it is on sale and they seemed to not care or be concerned they have a ton of those signs in all 3 isles. On top of this was not able to use a coupon I had online. Will not be a returning customer!

Lady at the Viking counter, when asked for advice about embroidery for wedding clothing, decided it was appropriate to recommend calling it off and running. Lovely woman.

I love Joann’s. It’s quiet, peaceful, and full of fun stuff. Employees are typically friendly and helpful and the store is clean. I sometimes dread shopping, but never mind ducking into this store!

I crochet for Project Linus and for gifts so always needing fleece and yarns. I also do stonework and buy wooden bases from Joann's, and I paint cement pieces for outdoor yards. Joann's is my go to place.

I ran into an issue when I ordered online. (Of my own fault) I arrived at the store and unfortunately I did not know I needed a confirmation number to know my items were “picked”. I could not wait around until I got the confirmation number so I went to grab the items myself. The manager helped me out and was able to cancel my online order and I purchased right then and there in-store. It worked out very well. Props to the customer service. Also, the front desk was respectful as I was clearly frustrated when I first arrived…

Absolutely terrible experience with one of their employees. I went to get my fabric cut the lady made fun of my pants, then was rude to me the whole time. There is a stain on the fabric I bought, I will never go to this Joann's again.

They need to fix their wi-fi. I was in here with a brand new phone and could get no reception. They have an app, we should be able to use it. Front counter service is always great
