Spent $69 at Kohls and one item didn't qualify for the coupon and the other was a penny short. Very tired of Kohls games with coupons that are not valid on so many items .

Last month or so me and my husband went to buy nike shoes & clothes to ship to Europe Albania as a brthd present and met with a very nice asian lady name Widi she was very calm polite answered all my questions professionally with a nice smile too :) looking forward to purchase again

Check out of 5 items took over 5 minutes once I made it to the checkout clerk. Manipulative marketing based on signing up for reward account. I asked six times to just let me pay the bill. Signing customers up must be a basis for bonuses since the clerk would not take no as a response. Kohls has become a store to avoid.
