This Krogers has the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered.
From the moment I would walk in the front door, asking a question in the bakery department , and yes all the way to check-out, unfriendly, rude staff. Managers and supervisors are no different. Avoid going to this Krogers. Until something changes at this location, I will not be returning. Managers DO BETTER, coach your staff, be polite and helpful.

I went to go shopping there on a Thursday and went to the deli for ham. When I approached the deli, no one was there. I stood there for 10 minutes and then went to the 26 and van dyke location, which was way better. I will never shop at the 25 and dequindre location again.

This is honestly the worst Kroger in the area. This place is so dark and dingy. The wifi never works, place is a complete dead zone. Was on the fence about coming back, but did anyway. The gentleman with long brown hair. I think his name is Jaiden, was super rude, and quick tongue when checking id for an alcohol item, demanding to see both mine and my wife's id in a hastey rude way when he could have asked politely to both of us. (I know a lot of places have a policy of checking both parties id) Just need to work on basic customer service politeness. Definitely won't be returning now.

Got boneless wings 3 times. Yet I bite into a bone everytime? Boneless means no bones.
Speak with store manager, she didn't seem to concerned and basicly pushed it off.
Buy any boneless wings or anything else from deli, make sure its cooked proper and clearly what you wanted. I was busy and didn't get photos of the bones but next time I will for legal reasons.
Also. What kinda of manager completely belittles an employee infront of customers and makes them cry? This location is a joke.
Clearly someone isn't doing their job properly. Choking on boneless wings which have bones in them? and watching employees be treated like trash while I shop? Sorry excuse of buisness.

I shop at the Shelby Township Kroger on a regular basis and always find what I need. The last three visits I have noticed there is a bird that in the bakery section. Hooe they remove it.

Done with Kroger. You're going to video surveil me while I pack my own bags because you don't want to provide an appropriate number of cashiers?! Seriously? GFY. Even the employees are showing their disdain for these practices.

Love this store because the store carry great Mi made bread by Snicker bocker & other Mi breads. And, a lot of other Mi made items. The location at Van Dyke & 26 mile don't carry the Mi made breads in the bakery dept. The dequindre store carry Challah bread but the 26 mile store doesn't.
