Very expensive. And they close the lines early.

My husband and I went there to grab a snack, use the bathroom, and get gas as we were up there for an appointment. We walked into the one unisex bathroom there was pee and trash all over the floor and crap in the toilet (which looked like it had been there for hours). So we go into the other one and there was actually human feces on the floor, all around the toilet. It was horrible actually horrible. So we go to grab our stuff and just decided to go somewhere else to use the bathroom. But on our way to check out my husband told a worker in a blue vest and her respond was “yeah that happens, they were just in there to clean”
I work in retail and myself and the other team members check the bathroom almost every hour to ensure it is clean and to our customers expectations. And if someone comes and tells us the bathroom isn’t clean or needs our attention we go immediately and we don’t dismiss them. The lady completely dismissed us and almost like she judged us for saying something and just walked away from us.

I believe this Kroger store needs to invest in better training before allowing their grocery pickup employees to start working. I picked up my online order today and even the pictures cannot do any justice on how full my bags were. Every bag was over packed and every handle was broken which tells me the young guy who packed my car couldn’t even pick it up because he broke the handles and I had to carry each bag in the house like a newborn baby. My bread was pack with my meat which caused my bread to be completely smashed on the side. I called and spoke with who I believe was the manager and all he could say is that he has been getting calls all day about this same issue. The problem I have with that is if you have been getting calls all day, that means the issue hasn’t changed. Why speak with them after the fact instead of training correctly first. Try being proactive with your employees, not reactive.

Normal Kroger, but despite being opened in 2015, building is starting to age quickly. Multiple wet spots from leaking roof, especially in the produce/bakery area. Pickup is consistently slower than going into the store - unlike the competition only a mile away. Can return bins frequently full. Service desk almost always has a line. Produce quality is usually OK, but inventory is problematic at times and prices are high.

Worst scanners of any grocery store. If this store is so worried about getting ripped off, don’t have self check out and hire people. Store manager must be asleep.

I don’t know who in the deli is cutting the prepackaged 1/2 lb deli cheese - but whoever it is needs to be retrained on how to slice deli cheeses. 3rd time now I’ve gotten the prepackaged deli cheese and EACH time there’s no paper between the individual slices. It causes all the cheese to STICK together and when you go to choose 1 slice it rips the slices into little pieces. Learn how to train your employees to not be lazy sods.

Out of stock on sale items. They always have stock answer, it's the vendor. Bait n switch.

I've been shopping here for many years. They have a huge selection of Groceries, fresh Produce, a huge Deli, Pharmacy, Bakery, Apperal, Office Supplies, Household Items, School Supplies, tons of Toys, a Flower Shop; Everything under the sun and all at Super Low Prices! There is also a Gas Station on the east side (outside) of the main building (outside) and a Starbucks on the west side (inside) of the building. The staff has always been amazing; The managers really care about customers as well as the crew workers and customer service workers and it always shows. They have always been fun, friendly, professional people that work here.

Kroger is the only supermarket that carries brown sugar bacon. That is necessary for green beans.

Definitely the best Kroger in the area. They always are stocked up on everything. I pretty much always find what I need when I shop here. Another plus is how well they take care of the bottle return room. There's someone working in there way more often than any other place I've ever returned bottles. The majority of the time there aren't workers present though. It makes it a pain when I have bottles that the machines won't take. They keep it pretty clean. There are always plenty of carts too. You always can find one when you walk in to the store. The workers are pretty friendly too.

Had home delivery today 4/19/2024. The delivery driver Ross was so fast, efficient, and friendly. He brought all my frozen items first and let us know they were frozen. He described exactly what bags were for the freezer, for the fridge, and for my cabinet. Had a smile on his face the whole time. I would like to see more deliveries like this one. From Kathleen B.
