If you are considering going to this store, you are in for the most wonderful experience. A lady named Val took fabulous care of both myself and my husband. He is 80 and I am 77. She helped us find the right phone that works fabulously by the way, and transferred everything just the way I needed it. I am vision impaired and she was so very very patient! Thank you Val I hope many people are able to take advantage of your wonderful hospitality and kindness.

Ray gave me the best service any metro has given me. Hooked me up with a free tablet and lowered my bill to $30 a month with unlimited everything without me asking for it.

Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off. Ali was a nice guy, at first glance, but it turned out that he is a scam artist, con man, and liar.How he SCAMMED me: I was patiently waiting looking at some of the display products, while on hold with my then-provider to get a transfer code for my new phone that I was buying from them, when Ali asked (unprompted and out of the blue) if I could hand him a phone charger that was hanging on the wall near where I was standing. Being a decent person and not even thinking about it, I grabbed the one he asked for and handed it to him. He said "thanks" and I thought that was it. No other words were spoken about this charger (with good reason too, because I didn't need a charger). The rest of the time in the store went well. Ali shook my hand, handed me my bag and off I went. When I got home, I looked in the bag and that charger he asked me to hand him was in my bag. I looked at the receipt, also in the bag, and he charged me full price for it, on top of a $10/month added service that we never discussed. I never asked for the charger. I never mentioned needing a charger. He asked me to hand it to him, as if he was asking me to pass the salt at the dinner table. Visually (on camera), without audio or context, it would look like I was buying the charger because it would show me handing him a charger even though that isn't even close to what happened in reality.When I went back to confront him about his scam, he played d**** said all sales on accessories are final and threatened to call the cops to have me trespassed from the property. He knew that I had no defense other than my own word and all he would have to do is show the security footage of me handing him a charger.This scam cost me $35 in non-requested services and goods, a full tank of gas, an additional rental from Turo and probably took a couple of years off of my life with as much stress it caused me financially, physiologically and emotionally. It is truly sad that you have to scam trusting customers just to net like fifteen extra bucks. Do NOT believe all the other reviews like I did and go out of your way to go to a "reputable" Metro store because this place (or at least the person that runs it) is as far from the word "upstanding" as it gets.

Great overall experience, Ray was very helpful and more then accommodating for the things I needed. One of the best experiences you could have in a phone store. Will be recommending this location to family and friends.

The lady lied to me about needing to switch my Sim card in store for 25 dollars. When I told her it's free online she got an attitude and told me you can't do that anymore. Went home and it worked fine online, no fee.

Granddaughter needed a new phone and Ali fix her up with ph...case and cover for a decent price. I like his overall work ethics, bc it was a bit crowded and it held it down by himself that day, Just great w/ ppl and yet gave each one custom attention! Kudos Ali!! And thank you so much, my gd loves her new phone!??

I question the knowledge of the people that work there! Recently I switched to $50 unlimited cell phone service, but when I got my bill it was $70. After back and forth with the charge card company, I went to the store to straighten it out + I needed to get streaming. That should have been easy but it wasn't. I finally had to pay to get tech support. It seems anymore since the Covid that people just don't put any effort into their jobs...so sick of it?

Tony was awesome! Needed to switch back from another company and he was friendly, informative and had me back with a phone in no time.
