When you go in this store make sure you KNOW the phone you want and don't let her talk you into getting the raggedy phones they can't sell! If They don't have the phone you want, LEAVE! Go somewhere else!! I got the run around and I'm still stuck with a low brow phone that can't do things at once!

Internet is trash. After you go over the gigs you are left with dial up speed. WOW internet is better than them. They offer real unlimited service

Aweful place! Positive reviews are fake. Store hasn't even been there for 5, 6 years! They just opened a few years ago! They deny affiliation with T-Mobile, will not help anyone new to T-Mobile or wanting to sign up!We've been there 4x over past few years with 1 question or another, and EVERY TIME they told us to go somewhere else! ?I've also seen other folks being told to go somewhere else.It's a scam. Don't go here.

Mark and Milo, always great service when we walk in there. Best metro store around. Do not go to the other one on Auburn, by the pet shop. That guy is crazy. These two people are very professional and get the job done,highly recommended.
