The last 10 years I have been going to this Metro PCS. I trust Greg to be straight & honest with me. Every time I walk in he remembers me, doesn't matter if its been 4 years. We got new phones this last week & as always is so patient. He was busy & still talked to everyone & remembered other people as well as they walked in. I go here because metro is a good deal and Greg period.

Sam is the man! ALWAYS go to Sam! He’s is patient and goes the extra mile. I made the mistake of using the website… big mistake! Huge! Just go to the store and if possible even if it’s a few minutes further, see Sam at 21 and Hayes. ❤️

Went here in March after having a lot of problems with my AT&T phone provider .
Sam , the owner , was really friendly and helpful getting me switched over to Metro .
I was able to keep my phone and number and also lower my monthly payment , which also included unlimited data .
My phone reception has also improved , no trouble with anything .
If you want great customer service and great prices go here and Sam will take good care of you .

I will go back and refer others who need a phone. Sam was amazing and hooked me up with a brand new phone. He was super friendly and helpful, I wish I could give more than 5 stars will definitely be back when Its time to upgrade. For anyone who needs a phone go see Sam. He's a really good guy!!!! And super friendly. No regrets going there today 12-5-23
